Phoenix High School has a limited number of seats. It is critical to reach students who will benefit from the program the most.

Applications are organized by grade and then by priority.

The priority system is:

Priority 1: reserved for Seniors who have 130 or more credits and the potential to graduate the same year or Juniors with 50 or more credits and the potential to graduate in two years.

Priority 2: reserved for Seniors with 110-129 credits and Juniors with 30-49 credits.

Priority 3: reserved for Seniors with less than 110 credits and Juniors who have less than 30 credits.
